Look at what SDSU is building, opening now. This is a good model for UL to follow.

    1. New football stadium that will seat 35,000 but expandable to 55,000 (if they get in the PAC 12). The stadium looks big time even though small seating.
    2. Innovation Village next to stadium. This concept was initially presented as a village around Cajun Field. Not sure what happened to that great concept.
    3. The Piers & Rooftop Bar above end zone seating.

Not necessarily you could make a certain kind of system where every RV spot would have an option to purchase a certain number of tickets to get into that end zone area.

Look at the area from a satellite, it's not that wide.

    Minimal participants

Definitely don’t think it is the best solution. The idea might have actually been back in the Andrew Dumond days when Dr A had them hand cuffed and they were looking for little solutions to a big problem. It was basically fencing off parking lot and would be only bodies where the hill was. Those top payers could flow to and fro their TG during a game. Probably not ideal with a new stadium. This was back in the 90s thinking out the box.

Often out of the box thinking (like this) even if it hits a dead end, can lead to other unique solutions.

So I'm all for the exercise.

Football fields are 160 feet wide

That is not the way it would work. The game would have been open to all end zone TG spots with free flow in and out during game.

I thought about that concept a few weeks ago. Putting an endzone wide "biergarten" up above the NEZ grass hill and converting that area into a tailgate atmosphere within the stadium, but then you gotta deal with the fans that will be upset that the kids lose their grassy daycare.

The SEZ kind of has the beginnings of that concept, where people go get their beer and visit with friends on the concourse while watching the game below.

There is a reason seating is sloped and flat decks are perched high.

    Line of sight.

Just have a viewing deck cut into the hill and a tunnel back into the bar.

You wouldn’t have a tailgate spot like you do outside that each person has a 20 by 20. That just the playing field not the width of the entire field. More like 15 foot spots, and all you have to do is sell them for more than the seats you are selling in the north end zone currently, anybody know how much those are?
