Since I wrote that original post the other day, FBS Schedule put up the 2024 Michigan state game for 9/14/2024. It’s not listed on the official athletic website tho

Being I don’t see a instate FCS after ‘23, wouldn’t be surprised McNeese or Southern is announced in the near future.

Good thing is we should have some interesting in conference matchups coming to Cajun Field. USM for sure will be coming to Cajun Field every other year as they are in the West. I look for them to improve.
I am sure JMU and/or Marshall should be coming to Cajun Field in 2023.
We will be on the road against Coastal and/or App State Next as they both have came to Cajun Field last.
Then in 2024 Coastal and/or App St should be coming to Cajun Field.

That being said just host the SBC championship game again in 2022 and we get the best team in the East which is always a good matchup and pulls a good crowd at Cajun Field. I am sure it will be either Coastal or App.
