Zambo had an injury at the plate last night and had to be carried off the field. He is not traveling with the CC today.

Any update on the Zambo injury? I hope it’s not to serious and he is good to go in the fall. He needs a good fall and have it click. Once he figures out college pitching he is gonna be good, kid can crush it.

He got two hits in that game then injury. Kind of sucks as this may have been the turning point for him going into the fall.

According to friends in BR when he was in high school people would get there early just to watch him take BP.

"BP All American" was a common term in high school baseball when I played... I wasn't an all american in BP or live games

Higgs had trouble last summer and it just tearing it up this summer.

We should definitely take a wait and see. He looks good at the plate, but has just not performed this summer. Maybe he had just found it and then injury bit him. Let's give him a chance this fall to be a great Cajun.

Correct that was just to watch him launch it. Obviously Deggs and company recruited him on what he did between the whites during game time.
