With no games under his belt except a BOWL WIN, how well do you think coach Michael Desormeaux has done administratively since taking over the football program?

I don't know if there is really any way to objectively grade him thus far.

….lost my long post on this but……Keeping players great job…portal entry very low but we had guys waiting who looked as good as the Pickens……got some good replacement coaches almost some good pro guys……won the bowl game……following the Napier system (love the I know what doesn’t work interview line)……think that there is a real trust factor throughout the program and we have a record to keep improving on this year…….the best winning streak in the country and 2 top15-20 finishes!

Like I said in my thread after the regionals, it's never too early to talk about football! MD has done everthing off the field 100% correct.

But, he didn't really keep the players they thought they would keep

. The assistant coaches are to me the big factors. Think I have some experience here. Johnson was going with Juluke (NO &pos coach) Same with Sale and the off line guys positions. Think TCU was a family deal. The LSU was the tiger tail wagging!

I'm giving Mike an 8 at this time, only because we really don't know yet how things will go.
    But I am very optimistic!
