Echoing the question on Houston. My wife is in a MDANDERSON hospital so driving 2 hours is not an option. I can however get away for 3 hours to a bar. Any place Cajun fans gathering?

Been there before but don’t remember where it is. I can look it up but if you have an address it would help. Again I can look it up

Here is the problem. The game is on ESPN+. ESPN+ does NOT offer a commercial broadcast package that covers NCAA sports. Unless something changed very recently. Which means legally it should not be shown in any commercial establishment. Now there are certainly some that will. When I had a pub/restaurant I took my chances and would show games but it wasn't legal.

Best bet would be to find a bar with free wifi and spend $7.00 for a month of ESPN+ access. Then watch it on laptop, Ipad, phone, etc.

His work load last week was obviously huge. He should be fine with a week's rest, if there are no other physical issues. Lots of pitchers are " pitching around" something physical we never hear about. A long previous outing can complicate recovery and the daily routine preparing for the next outing. That is the only concern.

He will know when he warms up which pitches are not great, good or very filthy. We should know pretty quickly how he is doing.

Man, I'm getting the nervous drizzles already. Got about a quarter-sized pee spot on my pants right now.
