Takes a special breed of man to play for Deggs. Broadcast stated that we started with 41 players on the roster and now we’re down to 28. The guys left are fighters that will give 120% for their brothers.

We took a really big step in improvement this year. Admittedly if we had not made the tournament this year would have been seen as improvement. Now that we won the tournament and opening game of regional we can all say we really made great strides. Deggs ball can be head scratching, frustrating and such but when "his pieces" are in place its beautiful. Our aggressive base running stresses other teams pitchers and keeps defense nervous. What a rush!!

And notice we haven't seen a "this player told me this"; "this parent told me that"; "I'm hearing this from the locker room" in quite some time now. Imagine that.

Are rosters limited for regionals (25)? If so, do we have players that the average fan thinks would be there? NOT?

Really only Deggs’s second full season, and this is what it looks like when he has a roster of guys willing to buy in and play his style of ball, physically and mentally.
