Southern Miss, Texas St., and Coastal Carolina are still in it. Would be awesome for all of them to make a run. The way you compete against the elite conferences is to become one yourself and that isn't happening unless your conference mates make some noise. Hate on them all you want but unless your up against them in the post season need to wish them the best and hope they go deep.

Cajuns are done but still some games of interest. Two current SBC teams and future member Southern Miss. are all playing for a regional championship today. No matter the outcome the SBC has had an excellent outcome in baseball this year. IF the SBC were to put three teams into Supers it would certainly garner a lot of positive talk for the league.

With ODU included SBC will be pushing for a top 5 maybe even top 4 baseball conference. Hopefully ULM , Ark state and Marshall improve because they are booty .

Poor little fellers (TxSt) aren’t used to playing on the big stage. They don’t know how to act. I’m rooting for both remaining sunbelt teams regardless.

I saw TxSt’s 1B get in front of a base runner who was about to run for a double but held up to avoid collision with the 1B simultaneously jumping out of the way at the last second. 1B would have been trampled had that been one of our guys.
