You need to read how it works. Every County/Parish is assigned to the closest school that made the tournament. As schools get eliminated the area they had is reassigned to the nearest school remaining. Hopefully the Cajuns have a very large part of the map covered.

Espn+ is online only as far as I know. I have direct tv and can only watch espn+ on my apple box.
