I work often around the Biloxi Pascagoula area at the end of June is the first time I'm there for a game. Plenty of open weeks

From what I recall Montgomery had the best bid to host.

Pensacola was actually the leagues first choice, as they really wanted to have both the basketball and baseball tournaments there.. But Pensacola would not clear the dates that the Sunbelt needed. And at the time of the bids, Biloxi was not available

Biloxi should be an option in the future once the contract with Montgomery is up. It's a solid location right across from the Beau Rivage with other hotel/casinos and attractions nearby.

I'm not disagreeing, but I'd want to investigate why CUSA left there and went back to campus sites. Just to make sure it wasn't Biloxi's problem.

I agree. From what I read in one article, it looked like future rising costs and a small scheduling conflict with the Shuckers dented the relationship. I'd be more interested to see how much of a financial conflict it was.

Probably has to do with cusa being broke af and having to add members from across the country..
