South Alabama’s radio guy was on 103.7 this afternoon. South Al fought hard for single elim. While UL fought hard for double.

Possible second site at Alabama State. Sounded like it was possible but obviously a lot of challenges.

He’s no longer there. He was traded to the Giants organization yesterday

Better than getting released. Traded twice for fringy big leaguers. Not bad for him.

The current venue is home field for Tampa AA affiliate Montgomery Biscuits, currently on a road trip.

I work often around the Biloxi Pascagoula area at the end of June is the first time I'm there for a game. Plenty of open weeks

Pensacola had a schedule conflict someone said…
Why’d cusa tourney move from biloxi? May be the answer as to why sunbelt isn’t there.

From what I recall Montgomery had the best bid to host.

Pensacola was actually the leagues first choice, as they really wanted to have both the basketball and baseball tournaments there.. But Pensacola would not clear the dates that the Sunbelt needed. And at the time of the bids, Biloxi was not available
