I'm thinking it will be in a warehouse on Monroe Street. The LPTFA has owned that for a few years and is redeveloping the general area and Ryan has represented them for a couple years himself. That building would make a perfect brewery with its really high ceilings.

Now that it’s officially in a news article I can confirm it’ll be in the old cafe 329 building. It’ll be a great atmosphere

I need some help as I may be one of the people to put "old" in your"old cafe 329 building". Where is it located?

NM! I feel pretty stupid. I know the place and frequented it quite a few times, at least when it was Cafe 329. To be technical, Cafe 329 closed, then a crawfish place opened for a short time, during the worst time ever to try to open a restaurant.

This is a good location! I am looking forward to going.

Covid KILLED them! Didn't take long for them to close when there was no one at school.

I think he was suffering a bit before COVID. I don't think the school provided a whole lot of business.

And I found the food pretty meh.

I had an idea to open a brewery in the old WaWee's on the river in Milton. I thought a great name for the brewery would have been LeauxBrow Brewing.

On a sidenote, I will absolutely vouch for Tchoup's smoked cracklin.

From the bottom of my (surgically repaired) heart.
