New Brewery in Lafayette (somewhat Cajun related)

Covid KILLED them! Didn't take long for them to close when there was no one at school.

I think he was suffering a bit before COVID. I don't think the school provided a whole lot of business.

And I found the food pretty meh.

My neighbor is a home brewer and we have brewed a handful of beers together (I should say he has, I just assist in the less important stuff).

I had an idea to open a brewery in the old WaWee's on the river in Milton. I thought a great name for the brewery would have been LeauxBrow Brewing.

I’m with Ted Dibiase. I was not overly impressed with the food either time i have been. The atmosphere is amazing the beer selection is solid. But food was so so. I am willing to give it another try though.

Been there once. Got the brisket and Nunu’s smoked sausage. Nunu’s was delicious. The brisket was very disappointing: very dry. The cheddar grits were pretty good.

Corn bread was my favorite, bbq was ok .. A close friend cooked on the competive BBQ circuit around Dallas so I'm spoiled.
