We have an incoming freshman that can catch. We also will probably bring in a veteran defensive catcher. Sophie does everything good except throw out runners. Before today she has only thrown out 4 out of 57 base stealers. She frames and blocks ball well, but her arm strength and accuracy isn't good. Look for her to be moved to third next year.

…..Just saw how easy speed can steal…..why not have a track lady trip with the team? ….also why not stand in front of the base to get an extra step?
