I’m honestly not sure how he was a PWO at LSU. He is undersized and slow, but he’s been hearing that his whole life. Saw him play in high school, and he plays with a lot of heart, I’ll give him that

We had a guy who played TE when we were in high school. He was 5'8", 175, but knew how to get open and had THE BEST HANDS on the team!! He could also block guys 50 lbs heavier than him because he used proper technique.

…..Yes he did play that def end with toughness, smarts, and heart and gave us a championship over McN when he tackled Butsie Walet to seal the Cajun win…..almost certain he was named our def lineman of the year!

….what a great teammate!….No great overwhelming athletic talent but plenty enough for his DE/60 defense….very smart and tough…think outstanding Def player as a senior leader to our conference championship season…..my favorite of his plays was a tackle made on McNesse’s Merlin Walet to seal the victory for the win….went on to a Teaching/coaching/administrative career in LaFourche Parish!
