Thread: New Ownership of Baskin Robbins on Johnston St.

  1. #1

UL 1984, 1999 . . . . New Ownership of Baskin Robbins on Johnston St.

Ragin Cajun alumni and super fan Jarid Horn and his wife just became the new owners of the Baskin Robins on Johnston Street. I know everyone loves their ice cream. So please show some support and give them some of your business. That makes two ice cream shops in Lafayette owned by UL alumni.

"Jarid Horn is with Lindsay Horn.
Today is a pretty day big for our family. As of this morning we are the proud owners of Baskin Robbins on Johnston St! We are all very excited about this opportunity and we hope to see you there! Lindsay will be running the store and she can't wait to give samples of our 32 flavors in store, blend you a Cappuccino Blast and make you a delicious ice cream cake
We will be posting promotions and contests on our Facebook page in the near future, please like it and stay tuned!"

Best thing that ever happened to that location is the crawfish at Dwight’s. Because you have to get ice cream after crawfish, right?

Last I checked Baskin Robbins was famous for 31 flavors? Are they adding a special ragin cajun flavor to make 32? might as well add four more and go for 36.

What is he other shop owned by UL alumni? Seems like a low overall number? Does that # include those FroYo get it yourself shops?

Great news, and much success hoped for! Now, if you could just figure out a way to stock up on German Chocolate Cake ice cream. Good luck.
