It’s a shame that it took his average climbing for the masses to see it though. Dude has been nails since game 1.
    He’s good, yea

After we sweep Texas State this weekend, can we get that train smashing gif running again? I liked them days.

Okay. He is a 4 tool guy. Just can’t run. But as a catcher who cares. Still the most talented all around catcher we have ever had

He was my "surprise" pick for the season. Just saying...

Over his last 10 games, Brock is hitting .513.
Could not happen to a better young man or a better family.

Tommy Ray will get to start tonight.

It would be excellent to get Tommy back in his groove. His stuff is too good.

Only a tool would say something like this.

    Julian now in last 10 games … .512 (21-41); Heath Hood .487; Rocco .442

    Team hitting .336 … 13 HR (allowed 2 with 3.54 ERA)

What is also helping is that a guy like Bobby Lada is hitting .500 over his last 5 games. The only 2 players struggling right now are Masurak and Robertson, but both are capable of getting it going pretty quickly. Lafluer is .400 4 of 10 in his last 5 games. Kimple is .363 in his last 10 games, Debarge is .359 in his last 10 games, Robertson is only hitting .243 in his last 10 games and Masurak is hitting .171 in his last 10 games. The good news is both Robertson and Masaruk give you amazing defense even when they aren't hitting, but both need to get on base more because they cause a ton of disruptions on the base paths when they are on.

I mentioned this on the broadcast last night, but in case you missed it....

Carson Roccaforte will not be available for tonight's game. His grandfather passed away and he'll be with his family for the funeral today. Rock and his grandfather were very close and this will be a tough day for him. Please keep the family in your prayers.

Rock will rejoin the team tomorrow in San Marcos.

Tough news. Our prayers are with the Roccaforte family!

I think you could fine a 2019 (or maybe preseason 2020 post) where I said Brock was the real deal.

So that means I’m now batting about 0.082 in prediction posts.

It was only a matter of time before he started finding the holes. He’s been knocking the cover off the ball all year.
