Projections are supposed to be at the time the selections are announced. Most of these prognosticators make their picks based upon current "standings." I have no faith in any of these "projections."

Who in that list do you think is in and who do you think is out?

I don't see any way that UCF or Clemson host. Texas can't afford to screw up against Baylor or they will be out. Georgia and LSU will move ahead of UCF and Clemson and Notre Dame can sneak their way in if Texas stumbles.

Of course a lot can change in the next few weeks but as of now most projections have Clemson at #12, UCF at #15, and Texas at #16. Very little ball left to play but still a lot left to play if you know what I mean as far as importance and shifting of rpi, etc.

Pray that A&M at BR doesn't host so we don't get sent to that hellhole again.

That is EXACTLY where we want to go, especially if you want a chance to win the regional.

I understand. It's the prospect of having to put up with those people once again.

If LSU does sneak in, which they might, it may be at number 16. So, if the Cajuns go there and win, they'll be rewarded with a series against Oklahoma.

LSU is 31-17 and 10-8 in conference. How do they host with that record?

It's the SEC. It just means more.
