Baseball America with Southern Miss at #6 and GA South unranked.

Man…to have Game 3 back vs Southern Miss, and for GA Southern, we have up the lead (which would have been a sweep for us) the last inning in Game 2.

Would be really good on the resume to have a series win vs USM and have swept GA St.

I agree. I believe this team has shown it can perform at a high level. Just need to hit some good consistency from game to game.

A run to win the SBC Tournament is VERY realistic and in the cards. I believe that if this team could find its way into a Regional, while winning might be too high an expectation, I could see them getting into the championship game.

Eagles have what it takes to perhaps get to Omaha. Their three weekend guys are filthy. I don't think they've ever had three like that.

Team ERA is 2.80 and team WHIP is 1.04, which is ridiculous. Tons of great pitching is useful post season. All they do is go to regionals. Great program.

They should host, which is how you get to Omaha.

Those projections are pretty useless. Southeastern is the this field from the southland and they hsve a losing record. I dont see Georgia St getting in either. But i may be looking thru my vermilion colored glasses.

Well those projections are about a week old before Georgia State got swept and before SLU got swept by McNeese. Before the weekend, SLU was leading the SLC.
