I don’t give af what people say about getting to the park. When I’m not working I’m there so that argument holds no weight with me. I don’t have the luxury of being home every night so when I’m out of town it would be nice to be able to watch a home game.

My response was to the gentleman who said my answer was from someone who hates to watch baseball. If I hated to watch why would I buy season tickets. I work every Saturday so I miss those games. If I can watch fine if not I listen to Jay.

I have a patio box down the left field line but with 30 something home games sometimes life happens and streaming is a better option.

You are correct. So many excuses for our admin $h!+!ng the bed on streaming this season. Just call it what it is.

    Jk, just funnin.
In all honesty, the streaming issue is so small-time it's shocking. It's almost like the Biden administration is running our athletic dept.

By your last comment I assume you are saying the streaming is a complete failure this year. Debacle.

The Cajun fan base exists outside of Lafayette. Are we really pretending that we don’t have fans in other areas? There are a lot of out of town fans that streaming would help engage with. I’m sure the families of players would appreciate it as well. A few years ago, we had a handful of home series streamed and it was awesome. Times are changing and it’s just not good enough anymore. We need to keep up

Just have a feeling things will change for next year in that regard

I once thought we were the pace setters in the belt but we are now just lagging way behind the haves in the league. Lafayette appears to be just half a step ahead of Monroe pulling up the rear when it comes to getting into this century of streaming athletics.
Dude you need to go outside more. It's ok to miss a baseball game every once in awhile. You'll be just fine.
