    He is a grad transfer but will still need a waiver since he has already transferred. I copied and pasted the official NCAA terminology earlier in this thread.

    Pretty sure we will release him so that may help waiver situation. That will help him financially.

    Unless the school has enough money to grease palms for a hardship waiver
