Thread: Anyone Else Enjoyed All 3 Streamed At ASU Last Weekend?

It would not surprise me at all if the first sentence was true or that Maggard has a money tree nobody knows about.

I would be ok with a blackout over Acadiana. Gotta push that brand nationally.

Life doesn’t always allow people to be at the field for every home game in a 56 game season but at least if it’s streamed, I would have the opportunity to watch every home game, like I pay to do. Lastly, we should be putting our product and grand on display as much as possible, if nothing else for recruiting. I’ve also never understood the small time mindset of trying to force people into a stadium. Can you not enjoy the game yourself? Do you need to be packed into a crowd in order to enjoy a game?
    Well said.

Chances are if someone in Acadiana is paying for ESPN + and they are a cajuns fan. Lets say they are a football season ticket holder that checks out baseball out of curiosity, likes what he sees and decides to attend future games because of it. Streaming does one thing for you advertise it’s like a commercial locally and nationally. It’s they way of the future.

I don’t. The facts are (1) we are operating at a deficit greater than other D1 programs in Louisiana, and (2) we are middle of the pack in SBC in broadcasting baseball.

Or you have season tickets but have kid events that prevent you making the game.

It's a good thing for y'all that I'm not making decisions because there would be some changes around here.

When I was a young buck, if you wanted to see a game you went to it.

The stadium has been less than half full all season. Take y'all lazy asses to Russo.

So the fanbase would never be bigger than 5k people? You are absolutely correct about one thing, good thing you aren’t making decisions around here. Also, if your thought process wasn’t absolutely ridiculous, why hasn’t the stadium been packed to capacity for the home games we don’t stream?

The sad thing is when it comes to seats sold most of those empty seats are purchased. If they weren’t I could maybe see not streaming. People are buying the seats just not showing up all at the same time. It happens when you have 30 something home games.

FOR THE RECORD SOFTBALL IS IN MOBILE SO THERE IS NO CONFLICTS. I don't think they can use that as a reason for lack of baseball streaming any more.
