First of all, We don’t have an attendance problem in baseball or softball. Secondly, as a season ticket holder I paid to see every home game and I should be able to. If it’s about money, raise the price so we can produce every home game. Life doesn’t always allow people to be at the field for every home game in a 56 game season but at least if it’s streamed, I would have the opportunity to watch every home game, like I pay to do. Lastly, we should be putting our product and grand on display as much as possible, if nothing else for recruiting. I’ve also never understood the small time mindset of trying to force people into a stadium. Can you not enjoy the game yourself? Do you need to be packed into a crowd in order to enjoy a game?

The broadcast isn’t for the locals.
Get real, nobody outside of those 2 fanbases are watching Sunbelt conference baseball on ESPN+

Not true. Admittedly, the number of others who would watch is low.
I don't watch baseball, but I have watched at least parts of quite a few SBC softball games this year which did not include the Cajuns.

Cajun Field isn't a great facility.

Maggard went way over budget so his office was moved under the direction of Martin Hall.

Martin Hall thinks they are saving money by broadcasting fewer games.

Not true when I get home from the Tigue or after a Cajuns game is done streaming on a Saturday or Sunday I watch espn + until the last west coast game is done streaming. Especially on Sunday afternoon on the patio when there is nothing else going on.

The football reference was coaches in general not Cajuns coaches. The facilities reference was ML Tigue Moore field at Russo park reference. Hope that clears it up.

Oopphh, alrighty, I stand corrected. Just can't imagine even watching a MLB regular season game that didn't involve my team.
Besides, I rather listen to Jay's radio broadcast when I'm not at the stadium so I can do other things and not be stuck in front of a TV.

Yet another stellar move by T-Joe.

I noticed the other day I got a hard copy receipt via snail mail for our RCAF donation but wasn’t in the usual RCAF envelope, but the regular university foundation’s. I know the organizational set up, but it caught my attention.

I’m starting to get that RCC feeling, the train is coming off the track via centralized control.

The Fossil always operated in control mode, even down to the Greek houses. T-Joe had things rolling, then he collared Maggard. SMH
