stAte’s starter entered the game with a 10.80 ERA. Have to be able to hit on Sundays

The guy who started today for arkansas state was projected as their friday night guy. He had an oblique injury and was out for a couple of weeks. This was his first start since then. He is probably their best pitcher.

Last year Carter Holt was 4-3 with a 5.18 ERA in 12 starts for a bad baseball team.

It looked painful for A State at several junctures this weekend. Like throwing the ball to first and catching the ball looked like a JV baseball team. I dont undersrand how a D1 player could look that awkward doing that

Tied for 5th having played three of five teams tied or ahead of us. Conference schedule gets a little easier, now just need to execute against the teams below us and win series against the teams above us.

Continue to win series' and we are at least 19-11 in conference, that more than likely gets us a top 4 seeding.
