Pretty dominant thus far.

Pitching has been very good all around.

Hitting and defense good also. The team just looking crisp overall.

The illegal pitches for Johnson were just insane. I mean she was illegal, but it really disrupted the game. It was a struggle to know what the counts were. How they’ve dealt with that all year is nuts. Just dealing with it and her still being as good as she is. Before that rule change there’s no way you could leave her out there.

No doubt. Kudos to her for saying “oh well” and continuing to go, but that had to get to her. The Cajuns hit her up, but more than a few on second chances.

How about making some type of adjustment to her delivery? The Troy coaches didn't even seem to care to do anything.

It is hard to change a bad habit like that in a game. That will probably be an off season project for her.

Was looking for the exact number and searched her name in twitter (apparently stats don’t track illegal pitches now thag they are only a ball and not runners advance). That pitcher had 30 illegal pitches in a game against LSU last month

UL Softball took on Troy again on Saturday after their win on Friday 7-1. They ended up winning again 7-1 to win the weekend series.
