The runner was inside the baseline and raised her hands to obstruct the throw. Clear interference and would have ended the game and Glasco didn't even question it.

I agree. Watched the replay, and the runner waved her hands in front of Stormy, clearly obstructing, game over. The first base ump called nothing, crickets from Glasco. She also kept silent when a McNeese baserunner left early several times. We played badly but were screwed by her non calls and the awful home plate ump. By the way, the 2 douchebag announcers were terrible.

It was on the throw and the main reason the throw was high. Catcher had to throw over her and 1B was tracking a ball through waving arms above the runners head. May have even made contact with the ball.
