    I think Penning is the best pick, assuming none of the Top 3 WRs are there: Wilson, London or Olave. Don't hate trading down and picking up a couple of extra picks either. Don't know if SP didn't like trading down or if it was a Loomis thing, but certainly don't remember them doing it in the 1st round for the past 10-15 years, at least.
