Correct. Is that a university ran account? If so then yes he would have to have signed. Maybe he’s late. I do know when he was visiting Dallas Baptist the coaches here called him and said don’t sign anything until you hear our offer. We gonna make you an offer you can’t refuse.

You can’t sign is spring until the 2nd Wednesday in April. Same rule as basketball. Now the period goes for a month. November period is only a week. Commitments can come from a player on Twitter. University accounts may be allowed to retweet the announcement
