I said opinion inside the athletic dept. I read the words from Mike to mean that this was the consensus which would mean that Maggard did state it, just not publicly. Supposedly Marlin and Maggard understood this.

The number I've heard was 1,800, maybe CajunMike can verify that number.

1800 is correct. I believe that was a slight decrease from 2019-20. Not sure what 2020-21 was as that was the Covid year. However i think I recall hearing the 700 number.

Actually, I think I remember capacity being around 2400-2500 for the COVID year which was strictly for season tickets. So you may be on to something here.

Have you been living under a rock? Hudspeth insulted 90% of the fan base. Calling them hypocrites and idiots.

Billy Napier had to deal with that. It has nothing to do with performance on the field. This community rallied around Hudspeth and he stabbed us in the back and ______ed down our legs.

But we are up 40% in season ticket sales for this upcoming season. So football isn’t a good comparison.
