Yep. Looked like Debarge was moving to his right and booted it. Could've cut the lead runner down at 3rd. Instead bases loaded and Nicholls wins it on a ground ball which we had to force home.

Wow…I thought it was a blooper between SS and LF that got through but couldn’t score the run. If that routine play is made the next at bat gets thrown out at 1st. That’s baseball.

It is simply a deficiency of talent. There is a reasonable chance we get swept by South AL and an excellent chance to miss the 5th regional in a row.

We have maybe 2% or 3% chance making a regional, if that.

I am a fan ranting. If the team doesn't like it, then play better.

If the coach proclaims this a regional team before game 1 and they fall on their face, I wonder where that came from. Does he even know what he is looking at? He's coached multiple regional teams. WTF

I watched us play 2 games in BR last fall and they looked just like they do now. All I heard was how great this team was. I thought maybe I was seeing things.

Man...that excitement and hope I had after UC Irvine...

Hopefully we can turn it around, still have a lot of baseball left.

Sadly, UC Irvine was a mirage. Their RPI is 3 spots below us at 75. Yet, our coaches mentioned them this week like they are headed for Omaha.
