Hard to do. Any coach worth a dam moves onto a bigger job. Additionally any school that cares about basketball will move on from a coach that has stalled out.

Yet, that somehow warrants longevity here. I know he's the conference's most winning coach but when you take it into that perspective, its not really all that impressive.

It’s just tells me that the president of the university doesn’t care about competing at the highest level possible for this program. It’s the epitome of USL’ing basketball.
