    It’s just tells me that the president of the university doesn’t care about competing at the highest level possible for this program. It’s the epitome of USL’ing basketball.

    And most coaches don’t get opportunity because they aren’t at their program long enough to do that. They are usually hired by a better program in a better conference.

    Here, we reward success with a sense of tenure and become complacent with it.
