Some idiot reported them to the gaming commission and cash money has to be handled a certain way. I did find out that they are working to bring it back for next season, but just a lot of red tape with cash money procedures. Back in the day officials for high school used to get paid cash right after the games, now schools report that and you have to pay back taxes on it.
That is what you call petty interference for $50,000
State now requires gambling permits for raffles and no state employee can apply for one effectively ending all raffles and bingos for the university
It was 15K, not 50K. Either way, we lose a lot of money.
