….Jay if I remember correctly, ..that for the shot put the optimum angle was like 45 degrees …..maybe VoB can help on Javelin , discuss, jumps…..straight on kicking the wind was either really good or bad because of my elevation……for whatever, the hits taken away by the outfielders (UL & OPPONENTS) has been incredible….wind has to factor in holding the ball up!
