    For the last six years, the Jambalaya Shoppe has served up delicious food for the community. It will soon be closing its doors for good.

    Jambalaya Shoppe was the only place we would drive from Youngsville that far down Ambassador to get. Loved it, really bummed.

    Landlord wanted to go up another $1100 per month on the lease. They couldn't come to an agreement. Business was good.

    Brad is going to be fine.

    That location may not be worth $1,100 a month. Well I hope he likes what he probably will get which is $0,000.00 per month . . .

    Judging by our conversation yesterday, I think Brad is done with the restaurant business.

    Having been there and done that. Feel for them. Extremely tough business and the between oilfield tanking, COVID, and now in credible inflation with a lack of workers it is amazing we haven't seen more closures.
