So who got the leftover Billy money? Did someone get a raise of prior position coaches or staff?

The Staff pay is the same. Not the HC total pay..

If Brad has ambitions to coach at the D1 level, why hasn't he attempted to gain experience as an assistant coach with a university?

I have a Master's Degree in Public Administration and over 25 years working with a public entity, but I'm quite sure I can't do Dr. Maggard's job.
Probably because he never wants to leave Lafayette. Not willing to move is not a good recipe for becoming a college coach. I would imagine his wife and sister in law make a killing with that biddy league considering all the kids that go through it.

We lost about eleven staff members in various departments that we didn't replace because the money wasn't there. Some of that money is being used to re-fill those positions. Compliance, graphic design, promotions and marketing among others.

A bird told me that Boyd may end up back at one of his old stomping grounds. Stay tuned folks.

Brad has repeatedly said his desire is to coach UL. I’m not privy to his inner thoughts, but that’s what he’s said.

I believe he’s definitely creating obstacles to overcome without getting a bigger background, but it’s worked fore CMD in football. Guess he’s going to have to become a critical cog to the next coach here who gets a bigger gig
