Two random thoughts from tonight:
1. I’m glad they ended up giving Roccaforte a hit on that shot to the first baseman. That seemed to be a real tough play to call an error.
2. Talley was impressive. Home run to his second batter. Proceeds to go 3+ innings. No free passes. A lot of guys would’ve gotten rattled and nibbled after the bomb.
