The Alabama games stunk, but this performance is almost more concerning. Sure it’s amplified by who we’re playing, but it’s at home and they’re by no means a world beating team. They have several issues, but we’re not competing. Not good enough at the plate and pitching is a serious concern vs. the upper tier teams. We’re just not competitive so far this season in the big games and that’s a departure for the standard this team has had for decades. Still time to turn it around, but man it’s a different feeling with this softball team.

All Cajuns are blameless if they practice hard, go to class and are good citizens. All glory goes to players, and blame to coaches. Coaches get credit for overall excellence over time and individual games, but players do the work.
