No. look across the league and you will see other odd examples. ULM @ Southern Miss and ODU @ South. Maybe the SBC is taking the approach of letting these rivalries form naturally and fill in the gaps later.

Southern Miss. makes the most sense. I know South is pushing hard for that to be a rival too but with Troy now in the West just keep it Alabama.

If not Southern Miss., I have no problem keeping the hate flowing with stAte.

we better have a crowd for USM, its a drivale game for all of the eastern LA. people. i told my daughter this morning that I would be up there for this one
