Hats off to MM for the effort but she isn't the answer for a backup catcher. She is an infielder, not a catcher. MM struggles with framing pitching, gets signals mixed up, can't throw down to second, can't field bunts, and doesn't know where to stand on a pitch out. I would like to see if Hayden could be the backup catcher.

The current local podcasters can't ask questions since they aren't credentialed. The out of towners can't watch every game to ask questions like that.
