Neutral site games are worth one win if you win and one loss if you lose.
So this weekends wins count after you subtract the loss value from the win value is...
    Louisiana -0.1 wins
    UC Irvine +0.1 wins

    Doesn't seem right.

Winning a home series has negative value, only a sweep increases your wins value.

Something is wrong with your math or someone would have caught this before.

So, like most things on this board, the majority of people do not know facts on the topic, but use their perception/speculation to analyze the topic with 100% certainty.

    1.3 and 0.7.

You also need the # of games to sum to 2 (one game for each team) for each game played.

So (?) with a home series win Louisiana sits at +0.1
    UC Irvine is at -0.1

More importantly and more specifically, the Cajuns sit at a 1.4 wins and 1.3 losses ... a WP of 51.85 (.5185) ... 2.7 games played. Note that going 2-1 on the road results in 3.3 games played.

For a total of 6 games played in the series I gather?

Which was how I got to +0.10 obviously not the important(ly) number they are looking at.

What is the formula to get .5185 ...?
