    In fact, there's not a head coach in the Top 25 under 40. Most of them are over 50. Maybe Claunch is the guy, but I'm not hiring just because he falls under some arbitrary age line.

    Also think he's the guy that Marlin is alluding to in that press conference where he is talking about what our issues are. Marlin was putting the weight of this season on his shoulders and he isn't producing at all.
