Regarding future opponents … after South Alabama dropped a pair to LSU … and South Alabama defeated Central Arkansas … Central Arkansas leads LSU 3-2 B7th in BR. UCA put together a two out, no runners on base rally, to plate the go ahead run on an RBI double. LSU then brought Sunseri into the game for the final out, stranding runners at second and third.

We shall see if UCA can hold on …

Unfortunately, South Alabama starts the season 1-3 with two losses to LSU and one to Illinois. Future opponent Illinois is 3-1 with a loss to LSU and two wins over Central Arkansas.
