He has been a position coach at a smaller school? I wonder if this will be a pay raise for him?

He was at Valpo as the OL coach for the last couple of seasons. Before that he was at Cumberland University and Holmes Community College. For a short period of time he was the interim HC at Cumberland.

Very cool. Brad's been busy coaching since he graduated. A couple of years on VA Tech's staff as a grad assistant. Then as an assistant coach in NAIA. Then at Valparaiso as an O Line coach the past couple of years.
