Coaches don't think that way. Plus, it's the NFL. And it's a much higher salary. I would say that it's a better opportunity.

Trying to point out that I don't believe fans were as concerned then, plus I believe Napier had to replace half his staff last year. In addition, Segrest & Pedersen were assistants with the Eagles back in 2010.

And it doesn't sound like this was planned. Clearly this is a new opportunity the availed itself with the recent hiring of Pederson as HC in Jacksonville.

When we've had what, over 30 players and coaches leave? Yes, really. I dont care if theyre leaving to drive a forklift. Its not typical to lose this many. I dont know why thats so hard to understand.
