Mine has been downloaded on my app for a while. However I also want printed tickets and they will not mail them out. 10am to 4pm Mon thru Friday you can pick them up. Just make sure to bring your ID.

You can have your tickets printed and still utilize the digital tix as well. Screen shots of the digital tix also works, so you don't have to open and wait on an app at the gate.
