Looking at that list made me realize they don't play softball in Arkansas.

I think the only 2 D1 teams in Arkansas that don't play softball are Arkansas State and Little Rock. The other 3, Arkansas, Central Arkansas and even Arkansas Pine Bluff do play softball at the D1 level.

Being independent is what enabled Louisiana to become a national power house.

Now that the Sunbelt supports softball Louisiana is trying to stay on auto pilot.

They been very good for more than four years. It’s a good thing to upgrade the competition of the conference

IMO the SBC will become a major softball conference. Baseball and football have a good chance. Basketball needs to up its game, at every SBC school. It is somewhat ironic that our commissioner has such a good basketball conference background.
