Louisiana Track and Field will travel ton Lake Charles to compete in the McNeese Invitational Friday and Saturday.

The pentathlon and heptathlon events will begin at 11 a.m. Friday with the individual track and field events starting at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

Louisiana continued to open the 2022 indoor campaign strong with several notable performances at the FasTrak Collegiate Challenge last week.

The Ragin' Cajuns stood atop the podium in five events when the events were wrapped up.

Serenity Rogers and Shemia Odaine headlined the women's roster at the Collegiate Challenge. Rogers posted a personal best time of 8.44 seconds to take the top spot in the 60m hudles while Odaine led the pack in the 60m dash and took second in the women's long jump.
