UL Football Too 50 recruits for 2023

This is one of Dandy Don’s Top 50 recruits for next year. This is the young man #42 that I hinted about earlier in the season that was with our tailgate group for a couple games. His grandfather is a former teammate of mine.

If he’s good enough sure offer him. I kind of wonder what a commitment is truly worth. We’re not Bama, Georgia, Texas, OU. Once offered and accepted any visit means their offer is voided and open to change by another player.

In this day and age, you can’t count on anything or anyone until they actually sign the paperwork. And then that only guarantees one year at a time, now that the portal is available.

The only offer above Louisiana he would take would be Last.

Whenever I see kids coming out of miden can’t help but think about the late great Kenyon Cotton. Gone way to soon. Complications from Achilles surgery. Just crazy.

Guess we always choose to minimize the risk for death when we sign off on the waviers.

The evil empire to the east has jumped in. UL position coach and primary recruiter have both left this week. Hopefully someone picks up their slack soon.
