Yall reading that very ambiguous quote? Construction is anticipated to begin NO EARLIER than the conclusion of the 2023 football season. What that means in USL speak is, "Definitely not before the end of 2023 and after that we have no clue." Don't hold your breath folks.

I generally quit doing business with an organization that treats It’s customers like UL treats them.
