I count 7 rows below the suite seats, and 150 rows in the lower deck.

While these conceptual renderings are nice, if the cost of construction has risen as much as was stated earlier, I have a tough time believing the final product will match the renderings.

If that is the actual stadium I wonder is the people who currently sit in the first six rows of the upper deck will get first dibs on the small upper deck section below the press box suites?
